Before SaleCycle, the team at BRP Group were struggling to reach and capture the information of users coming into their website

Without a clear-cut solution to enable them to reconnect with visitors who had abandoned their carts, BRP sought a comprehensive solution so they could specifically target these customers and turn otherwise missed opportunities into additional revenue.

also enhancing their retargeting efforts to reach anonymous cart abandoners.

The primary objective was clear: to identify all online visitors for the BRP group across their website including known, anonymous and non-logged-in sessions.

Since implementing SaleCycle's Re-engage solutions 4 years ago, BRP group has commented on the success of the impact to their business, with nearly $500,000 in revenue alone recovered over the past 12 months resulting in a 4.31% revenue uplift!

Additionally, thanks to SaleCycle’s Reach technology, BRP Group was able to identify and reach over 62% of non-logged in visitors.
