Founded in 2003 with manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, and Austria, BRP Group has been building on a tradition of ingenuity and intense customer focus that go all the way back to 1937. BRP Group now has a total workforce of more than 20,000.
Boasting eight brands under their name, the company is driven by their passion to keep moving forward towards new adventures and creating innovative ways to move on snow, on water, on asphalt or dirt – even in the air - with their industry-leading products, giving customers around the world the power to create their best memories and fully enhance their riding experience.
Main Challenge:
Before SaleCycle, the team at BRP Group were struggling to reach and capture the information of users coming into their website.
Without a clear-cut solution to enable them to reconnect with visitors who had abandoned their carts, BRP sought a comprehensive solution so they could specifically target these customers and turn otherwise missed opportunities into additional revenue.

Strategic objectives:
BRP Group aimed to capture visitor information and transform missed opportunities into new revenue streams while
also enhancing their retargeting efforts to reach anonymous cart abandoners.
The primary objective was clear: to identify all online visitors for the BRP group across their website including known, anonymous and non-logged-in sessions.
Results of the collaboration with SaleCycle

Since implementing SaleCycle's Re-engage solutions 4 years ago, BRP group has commented on the success of the impact to their business, with nearly $500,000 in revenue alone recovered over the past 12 months resulting in a 4.31% revenue uplift!
Additionally, thanks to SaleCycle’s Reach technology, BRP Group was able to identify and reach over 62% of non-logged in visitors.

Takeaways and outlook
BRP Group transformed their approach, using SaleCycle to discover new revenue streams and achieve a level of reach beyond what was previously possible. By identifying anonymous users thanks to SaleCycle, BRP Group can now capture their email addresses and add them to their database, creating additional retargeting opportunities and recovering thousands of dollars in lost sales.
